Important Reminders

• Annual Registration: As a reminder, if you haven't ordered yet this school year, you must register and select your child's current grade and teacher.

• Absences: If your child is absent on hot lunch day, you may pick up their meal between 12:15 and 12:30 PM. Otherwise, it will be donated to another child in the class.

Payment Information

To keep our program running smoothly, please ensure payments are completed by the following dates. Please note: We cannot process late payments.

• E-Transfer (Preferred): Send to rdlcounciltreasurer@gmail.com.

  • No password necessary.

  • CRITICAL: Please list your Family Name in the notes section.

  • Deadline: April 22, 2026.

• Cheque: Please make payable to FCREC and drop off at the office.

  • Deadline: April 22, 2026.

Orders not paid for by Friday, April 24, 2026, will unfortunately be cancelled.
